I placed my order on 11/26 and it just shipped out 12/12. According to UPS tracking I will have it on 12/19. Just make sure you take notice of the pricing, I ordered when everying was on sale pricing, then they were running an extra 15% off & free shipping over $99 for black friday. When they charged my credit card, they forgot the extra 15% off. I called them today, spent 30 minutes on hold until I got someone, they did correct the problem, they refunded me 25%. So they will correct the mistake, just make sure you check over the pricing.
Yes, I agree with the above poster....check the pricing. I ordered my things when they were on sale. It took a while before they shipped and the discount was not there. Also, the charge will not appear on your credit card until the item is shipped.

It took almost 2 weeks. I always forget that they are personalizing it and that is why it takes longer.

It felt like forever, but I think it was 5-10 business days to process the order and another 10-14 business days for the order to get to me.
