I made it on zazzle.com
I google Personalized Wedding Planners.
There are a ton online to choose from. It was only about $20 + shipping.

Here's a link for the Templates I printed:

Re: Personalized Wedding Planner!!!

This is the Templates I used:
http://www.russellandhazel.com/content/wedding-templates

Here are the dividers I made:

Bridal Party
Caterer (I have Templates for Caterer, Menu, Ceremony, Reception and Baker with the Cake Worksheet. (You may want to separate these)
Music (Band/DJ)
Photo
Video
Florist
Hotel
Officiant
Invites
Hair
Makeup
Dresses
Tuxedos
Honeymoon
License
Online ... I put things I find online here, stuff I may want to order, etc.
LIW ... ideas I get from you girls LOL

Hope this helps.

Let me know if you think of something I missed.

I didn't do budget because that's personal to me and I may not want someone looking at my binder seeing that, I also don't keep my contracts in it for that reason... just personal preference.

Since my original Post I have added in a Calendar (actually Monthly calendar, template from Word).
