This is the company we use. I use to use USA pets but this one is better for coverage and reimbursements. The earlier you do it the cheaper it is. Good Luck. http://www.petshealthcareplan.com

we use Veternary Pet Insurance (www.petinsurance.com)
For buddy i believe its $35 a month and its been worth it because I got a lemon of a dog (but we still love him ) . he has gotten everything under the golden sun (pink eye, Parvo, allergies, kennel cough... just to name a few)
Just not that most pet insurances do not pay out for pre-existing conditions so if I changed insurances my dog, I could not submit a claim for his allergies.

I have PetCare Insurance Plan. They cover literally everything except annual care ($50 deductible per claim). This also includes any hereditary illnesses, so long as they are covered before a certain age (maybe age 5 or 7). I've milked that insurance like crazy b/c Audrey is so mischevious, she's always getting hurt or a tummy ache from something.

We got ASPCA pet insurance. They reinburse you. So, 1st the pet has the appointment and you pay for it. Then you need to fill paperwork and fax or send it in.

We have usa pet insurance but from a friend heard it isn't so great. I have heard that the aspca one is GREAT and they really will cover you for everything. I do not know first hand but I was told that some of the other pet insurances try not to reimburse if it is serious and try to get around it.
