Petal Cone HELP!!!!

Hi!!! I am going to post this on the DIY board but this board is typically much faster to respond. I'm trying to make the petal cones but I can't seem to get the monogram on an angle in the corner of the paper. Any ideas?

You cannot change the orientation of at text box in word. You can change orientation of a drawing shape, however if you put text in that shape, when turned, the text will remain straight

You may be able to do it using word art. If you have a 3 letter monogram you could do each letter seperately so the sizing would be correct. Maybe you would have more luck trying Powerpoint. Good luck

I know it seems like a big deal to make your own and personalize your petal cones, but hunny, why go through all the headache? I bought my petal cones for .19 each!!!!!! They weren't personalized but they did the job and BELIEVE me, no one will care if they are personalized or not, only you will know I promise! Save yourself some sanity and just buy them! If you want the website for the petal cones just FM me!

On that same note I have seen adorable ones made from doilies. You can buy them at most dollar stores and roll them into a cone and fasten w/ a sticker!

Thanks guys!!!! I actually figured it out -right after I posted this. But if I had not been able to- I would have definitely gone the route of buying them!!! What a pain in the butt! I was stressing it out for like 2 hours over it but once I realized what to do- it ended up taking literally 2 minutes to do.
