Petal cone question

I bought a few packs of 8.5x11 vellum. How should I cut it to make the cones?

Go into excel 'Word' right click on a gray area and select the 'drawing' toolbar. Then select the circle and stretch it out as big as you can. Right click on the circle and and go to Format autoshape. Go to the 'colors and lines' tab and select light gray for the color. Select the 'size' tab and make sure the height and width and the same size so it forms a perfect circle. I use 7.5'. You can add a text box to the top center of the circle ith your name and date on it. Make sure the text box is hidden. Any questions feel free to email me
