My florist is not delivering the petals until the morning of?

Where are they delivery the flowers too? If it is going to the church...one of the attendents there will do it (at least that is how it was at my church) i'd call and ask.
If they are being delivered to you, you may want to assign someone i.e. groommen to do it

anyone can do it...it takes less than five minutes. have someone sneak to the back of the church and fill them up during the ceremony.

I actually dropped my petal cones off at the florist a few days before the wedding and he filled them and brought them to teh church when he went there with the church pieces....

My wedding coordinator did this for me, but if you don't have one, just instruct a BM to do them before the ceremony begins, or a family member who will be at the Church early.
