I was wondering what kind of paper are you ladies using to make your petal cones and where are you ordering from? Thanks.

Re: Petal Cones
I have been researching this and found that cardstock is the best.

Re: Petal Cones
I did card stock and wrapped a dioley around it. I have pics in my album

They are a little too flimsy but I guess you could use a few of them at once

When you say cardstock, is it the text weight?

Re: Petal Cones
I made My own DY Invitations with the fall theme. At Michael's They had the same type of paper material theme for the petal cone holders. It is really cute. Check it out. It is shaped like a box that is tighten with a ribbon. You can chage the ribbon to any color you like.

Not usually, it says card stock, it's a bit heavier.
But I think test weight or any paper is fine. The petals are usually only in there for a few hours.
