Do/is anyone going to do these without them being personalized?

I did. I ended up making them myself. I bought the paper at Michaels for 25 cents per sheet so the total only cost me around $10. I just could not spend hundreds on something that people werent going to really look at.

I wanted to do this too but I know cardstock won't go through my printer. Do you have a pic? Did you use cardstock?

I used doileys (spelling?) - made them into the cone, put a small piece of tape and then selaed them with a round personalized sticker that I got from etsy.

Im not sure if you consider it card stock but its in the paper section at Michaels where each piece is sold individually. They were on sale at the time. Normally I think they are 50 or 60 cents each. This paper could def go through a printer though. Its not too thick. It was a bit of a pain to make them though because the glue was not holding too well.

My crafty sisters made mine.
They used a circle template and put the quote and date/names on it.
The paper was from cardstock pack from Michael's.
I used dried lavender, not petals.

this pic may work

ETA: this links to my album..the cones are on page two

mine were super plain. i took black, red and white paper (my colors) and just rolled them into cones and used glue dots to keep them closed...done deal!

sorry.,,I was hoping the link would work.
The tops of mine were rounded by they started off as a circle on 8.5 x 11 paper. She put a quote from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (The Little Prince) and our names/date.
She double side taped the seam. They were really cute.
