hey ladies i dont know if you happened to have catched that new show kitchen nightmares last night with gordon ramsey. well peters family restaurant in babylon was the featured restaurant last nite on the show. any one eat there i wanna check it out. it has a new family style menu now. it looked good. anyone know how the prices are?

ramsey was just there to show them how to run a proper restaurant gave them a new menu to work with and a functional kitchen. the family was a disaster they didnt know how to run as a team . the brother was lazy giving away food and wine they argued all the time. the kitchen didnt have the most functional equipment. the brother walked around and did nothing. ramsey just wanted to show them how much more succeful there buisness would be if they all pulled together

I grew up in Babylon, my family has eaten there for years, the prices are fair & the food is good, altho I LOVE Gemeli's a bit further down on the block

That show was soooooo funny last night --i've eaten there a few times and have actually seen peter yell at someone like he did last night -- the food is good though--i love bella palermo though-- it's a few blocks down

I've never been there, but was glad to see their happy ending! I'd like to get there soon to try their new family style!
Seeing their 'before' kitchen was gross though.. and it's scary to think most restaurants we all eat at are probably like that.. ignorance is bliss in this case!

I did see the show! Ironically, we did go there about 6 months ago. The food was bad, the service was AWFUL and they did give us free dessert to make up for how long we waited! I know they got made over, but I still wouldnt' recommend!

I'm so grossed out by the show- I will never go there again. My dad made a good point- the kitchen itself wasn't responsible for the rotten food they had laying around- thats all about the poor management and a bad chef....and their habits aren't going to change. Plus, the co-owner (the guy) was a complete Arse and I wouldn't give him the business.

my sisters boyfriend's cousin owns that resturant and the food is good lets just say that things get played up a bit when on tv
