a lot of designers make their dresses Hallow to hem where the dress is made for you, your measurements are taken from your neck to your feet

i got petite for maggie sotterro, and it still needed to get hemmed. so if you like the way the dress looks id worry less about the petite status, since you may need to hem it anyway
