Are any of you girls having your pets involved in the wedding??
I would LOOOOVE for my dog to be at the church walking down the aisle w/the kids but i don't think they would allow it.

I'd loooooove to incorporate my cat and FH's two cats, but I don't think the cats would like it much to be a guest - dogs are so different in that respect.
I will incorporate them somehow, even if it's just something small that only I know about.
As far as dogs go, when my best friend got married, she had a friend bring her dog to the church after the ceremony (she lived nearby, like a 5-minute drive) and took pics with her Boxer! It was awesome! The friend that did it just left right as the ceremony was over, brought the dog by the church, and then brought the dog back to my friend's house afterwards. I swear, it's one of my fave pics from her wedding. Well that, and me catching the bouquet!
eta: We took the pics outside of the church; they didn't allow it inside. Still TOTALLY worth it if you can get a friend to help you out with it!!!

I wanted my dog at teh church too. but it cant happen. :( totally stinks. but im makin sur ehe has a tux that day and we will take pics together.. :)

Did you ask? I totally forgot to ask. Im going to see if I can have her walk down the isle and then maybe hire someone to sit with her or take her for a walk. I def want to do pics with her. She's our baby!! I want her to be our flower girl. lol. I have to start training her.

we are having my chiuahua in the wedding but my ceremony is at the venue so they dont mind at all i just dont know who is gonna take the dog home! lol

im not getting married a church. i will be taking pictures with them at home while im getting ready. fh is a little jealous about this.
i really do wish there was a way for us to include them more. they are like are children.lol

How about table #'s with your pets pics on it? I have seen other brides who have done that.

If we were having the wedding very, very close to home, I would be seriously considering having them play a bigger role.
However, since we are not, we are taking our STDs with 2 of our cats. My mom sewed a gown for one of the girls and a tux for one of the boys. So FH & I are going to take pics with the 2 of them and send them out as our STDs.

us too with our cats (our boys!) but because they are cats like someone else said, they wouldnt be cool being around all those people and like walking down an aisle, its so funny to even think of a cat doing this, lol.

Im not having them at the wedding, but I am taking pics with my cat and dog at my house before I leave for the church
