Were doing them at every 3rd chair..I'm not sure on the qty yet, because I'm not sure how many rows will be set up.

Just to add...

Hydrangeas dont last very long, they wilt easily, and need LOTSSSS of water!!! I'm just using them as pew bows and not using them afterwards. They will be in their own water tubes and wrapped in tule so you wont see them.
