I am planning on cutting some costs by 'recycling' my pew bos and adding them to the base of my candelabras (provided by my caterer) that are my centerpieces. Does any one know of a good material or a good vendor that can help me with this??
thanks

Re: Pew Bows...
Fresh Pond Florist~they are a Mother/Daughter run florist that's not to far from Ridgewood. They are very accomodating. They did my friends wedding in John Anthony's and they were so nice and did whatever she asked of them (she used the same candelabras, JA's and Harbor Club are owned by the same people). Just explain exactly what you are looking for and they will probably work with you.

Re: Pew Bows...
You know what I just found out. I am getting married in a church and I found out that they acutally RECYCLE the old bows and ribbons (atleast in my church). So why don't you call up or visit the place you are having the ceremony and ask. I was told to speak with the janitor and he would be able to show me a closet filled with bows and tulle.

A tip from my friend who got married 2 yrs ago....see if there is another wedding before or after yours. You may be able to agree on and share church decoration costs! I checked with my church but I am the only wedding that day lucky me
