anyone know where to get good (and cheap) materials to make tulle pew bows or buy them? TIA!

I went to Michaels, and they have tons of ribbon on clearance (70%) off from Christmas, they didnt have much white but because I am getting married right after Christmas I got gold ribbon and white ribbon that had snowflakes on it, I dont know which I will use but they were so cheap I bought both along with a million other things

i went to michaels today too...maybe i was looking in the wrong section...
the tulle seemed expensive? i think i may just get it off ebay--the thing is i want to make sure it's soft

my FMIL is in love with her bow maker that I think she got at Michaels one year... it's called EZ bow i think... it is a piece of wood with these pegs in it that helps you make flawless fabulous looking bows!

I actually bought one yesterday it was only $9.99 so I thought I would give it a shot. Anything is better then when I do it free hand lol

If I were you, I would go to Joann's for tulle. They had it on sale (but I think today was the last day) but regularly, it is only 1.99 a yard. I think the sale is still tomorrow, they are all half off. I just bought five yards tonight!!
Here is the pew decoration I got at michaels, I don't know if you saw it, but they were on clearance too for $5 each. (it comes in all white, I just added that color!)
Also, if you register with Joanns, they will send you coupons regularly for 40% off. I even registered FH so I would get an extra one! I just used two tonight and got our card holder 40% off and some other fabric.
Oh! there frames are 50% off right now too- I got a really nice one to make a picture collage for the wedding like that other bride did who shared her ideas recently.
fh told me about joanns today!!! i just went like this i should've listened...ah wells...
no i didn't see those!!! i tell you i didn't see anything!!!! maybe i was just in the wrong section!

Here are the Joann's locations on LI. The one I used to go to is on the north side of sunrise, heading west, in the shopping center with seaman's furniture, just past the Toy's R Us. It is like a mile west of the Michaels. I just was there again last night and did some more damage- they pretty much carry the same wedding stuff as Michaels, but you can alternate coupons! ha.
