I think this was posted...but I searched and couldn't find...
can you tell me your favorite pre-PG, PG and childbirth books...
I have TCOYF and the Mayo clinic book already...but I really want one that focusses on nutrition and health issues...especially pre-PG
thanks

Oh okay.
I like Your Pregnancy Week by Week. It has some healthy eating tips, but probably not as many as you're probably looking for.

I like 'Your Pregnancy Week By Week.' It tells you how the baby is growing each week and it has pictures of what the baby looks like each week. It also tells you what you are probably feeling every week. It has a little bit on nutrition in there too.

Re: PG Book recommendations
For our first anniversay, my DH bought me a bunch of books on pregnancy (TTC in January). One of them is 'What to Eat When Your Expecting'. I haven't read it yet, so I can't say it's good or not, but it's part of the same series as 'What to Expect When Your Expecting' that most moms recommend.

Re: PG Book recommendations
Erica, I am going to try to find that book that I had posted earlier this year about nutrition and exercise pre-pregnancy, I think it was written by the same people that wrote TCOYF..>BRB
