Phone Calls???

Has anyone else been getting phone calls from LIW Vendors unsolicited? Im a little disappointed by this for I dont give out our number to just anyone and I have been receiving phone calls for things I am not even interested in! Anyone, anyone?

i've been getting tons of emails lately ... stupid spam!

well, i've gotten lots o' phone calls too but those are because some ho-bag named Carrie gave out my phone number on some stupid site ... i've gotten like 5 calls per day with people asking for her.

I wonder if LI Weddings can block our numbers or perhaps not give them out. Its one thing to bombard me with emails (and I have had TONS lately) but the phone calls are a little much esp at 8:30 pm!

I had this problem in the beginning too, and it bugged the hell out of me. I had to get rude a couple of times because there is only so many ways you can say 'NO!'

I felt like I was on a bad date

eta: I also get TONS of emails but signed up with a diff email account I use just for purposes like this

i got a few and then they stopped, nothing super annoying but to be honest, they could of been from any of the 40 bridal expos I went to. I have no idea where all of them got my #.

I get a ton of calls and emails! I can deal with the emails but the calls are a bit much. And they always call me when I am at work!

yeah I had that problem at the beginning to but it eventually stopped. I do get emails every now and then but I just report them to Spam and now I don't get so many

I got calls when I first signed up here but they stopped after a month or 2. Emails- I still get but just delete them

Yup all the time. So if I see its a Long Island number , I don't pick it up. If it turns out to be one of my real vendors then I just call back

Several times weekly. I just don't pick up or say their srvcs aren't needed.
