i work on Comm.and Salary and im happy...especially bc i have the salary. the Comm. is just surprise money which in my book i buy things and don't count it in my Money lol

i dont think u should worry bout it bc u have the base salary and comm together...now if u just worked ok Comm. then i'd say u besta work ur bumm off !!
