I am getting my photobooth through my DJ and it is only costing me $500 (with the DJ package). You can definitely shop around and look for specials and find a good one.

I love them because I feel like they add something different, and it also offers an alternative activity for people that don't like to dance. Plus the pictures come out really fun if you have props and stuff.

I love the photobooth idea, and i'm also getting mine via my videographer (Fade to Black). I have pictures in my albums. He customizes the booth for you!

I am using The Modern Photobooth. They always have sale specials on their website. I like them becuase they have diff size photobooths - mine can fit up to 30 ppl so I can take photos with my whole wedding party! I went to a wedding that had a small one & was disappointed that I could not take photos with the rest of the bridal party and Bride cos only 2 ppl fit at a time.
Also, Modern Photobooth gives you a Guest book where guests sign alongside their photos and they put up a sign on the instructions for the guestbook in any language you want if your family speaks a language other than English.
