Re: Photo booths
Thanks again girls!!! I really want one, I haven't broken the news to FH yet I was thinking of doing donations as a favor so the photobooth will at least give them something to take home. And I just think it will be so much fun! Thanks again for all your help!

It's $1500 and if you are using them as your DJ they take off 200 or 300 dollars. I think 300. I am booked with them for my DJ.
I shopped around... and I found that Partybooth.com offered the most bang for your buck. I got the larger booth for 6 hours with the guestbook and CD and website and a guy to be there and help the guests do the guestbook for $1500. Plus they can take unlimited pics. Some companies had strict rules on how many pics can be taken and how many print outs etc.

Thanks!! I think I am learning towards Party Booths as well . Is the guestbook worth the extra $345 if they give u all the pics on a CD any way??

Re: Photo booths
Personally I think so. Usually people get just a regular guest book and the guests just sign.
Well in this case they sign next to their own picture. I think it's a really cute way to remembering everyone who celebrated the day with you and it's right next to their well wishes. If you are a sentimental person like I am... then I say yes! I invision looking through the guest book years later, maybe on an anniversary and seeing who wrote what along with their picture from that day. It all goes so fast... so it's just anothe way to comit things to memory. IMO.
Could you forgo it and totally have a perfect day? Of course! But does it add something extra for after the wedding... I think so!!

I liked them... but personally for me... they were much more than any other company.... NYC and Coney Island photbooths were both very pricey. usually the DJ companies are less money. BUT they don't offer as much.
partybooths also does the name and date and also there's a web site on the back with a password for the guests to go to and see all the shots from the night.

There have been a lot of brides who used them. Maybe try posting on the NW and 08 boards to ask them to post pics of their guestbooks and to ask how they came out?? And if it was worth it for them?
