Photo Contract Question

We're booking our photographer today!!
Was wondering what things we should make sure are definitley included in the contract. So far I have names of the actual photographers for the wedding day and minimum # of proofs.
Are there others?

Thanks!

Re: Photo Contract Question

album prices, if you get the negatives, how long it will take to get the albums, if the proofs have PROOF across them, and if you can substitute things.
