photo help

Ok im trying to find a photographer. Im not sure if i need digital or film. which is better? How do the digital pics stand up over time? I like the idea of that whoel shutterfly thing, is that digital, i am assuming so. Do the digital phoographers give you a disc with all of the pics they took and then make an album with the ones u like? I would also want the digital album put to music. as you can see i need some severe help. I dont even know what a reasonable price is for all of this!

my photogrpaher is not digital however i do have all my proofs and all proofs on a cd.
as far as the digital album. I dunno what photographers charge for those. I make them as a side job. if you want info on that FM or if you want info on my photographer

we used the velevet studio or our photo/video
he uses reg film..but again he gives u a cd also.

As for shutterfly if the photographer gives you a CD u can upload them onto shutterfly

He uses digital, gives you ALL your proofs (1,000-1,500) in a leather bound book in chronological order, does a digital montage, makes yours pics available for friends and family online (pretty sure alot of them do this).

They have offices in CT and Manhattan. It is a husband and wife and they are awesome!!! I heard about them through my cousin, who is also using them. Brace yourself.......they are expensive, but sooo worth it! They also work with an assistant who is less expensive and they will work with you.

I looked at so many photography places, and IMO, none of them compared.
