photo help

Please help!!!
Churvh is a 3pm ceremony not a full mass. We are doing a receiving line.
RH is about 25 min from church
We are stopping at beach along the way and also want pics at RH
Photographer is Thomas Paul
FH wants to attend ALL of coctail hr

How much time is safe for pics??
What time would u start cocktail hr????

I'd actually say around 7.

Figure:

Church - 3-3:30
Receiving line - 3:30-3:45
Photos at church - 3:45-4:00ish

20min drive to the beach - arrival around 4:30
1 hour for pics at beach 5:30

Leave for RH - arrival around 6
You need AT LEAST one hour for formal shots at RH

I agree on 7.

I have a 2pm church (with full mass) and my cocktail hr is starting at 7. I wanted to make sure I was there the whole time and not rush through pictures.
