Photo location for under $200?

FH and I decided to take photos before our ceremony.

Is there any place we can take photos between Smithtown and Mineola (not on the extreme north or south shore) that will not charge us an arm and a leg in site fees?? I'm still in shock over Old Westbury Gardens's fee ($275 before 4pm) as opposed to the duck pond in Roslyn ($50!!)

Thanks in advance!!

I was told that CW Post campus in Brookville is FREE!!! My cousins did their photos there and they are beautiful!!

ps- Im doing pics before hand too and im in the same boat youre in. Im going to look into CW post bc like you, I think Old Westbury Gardens is crazy for that much money. What if it rains?? Then I lose that money

We are using Old Westbury Gardens. Our photographer recommended them.

I said in my original post I would use Old Westbury Gardens if it wasn't for the $$$$$ site fees!!!

We're trying to find somewhere that's under $200 for the site fee!! I already know that the Planetarium charges about $200. Looking into more natural areas, maybe even something fun and whimsical, the more original, the better, but the beach is definitely OUT!!

No I heard that they give you back your money if you cancel within a certain amount of time. Plus you also have the option of indoor pics.
