Are there any cool locations to take photos before we head over to the Bourne Mansion?

The vanderbilt mansion at downing is nice and right on the river ... also there is Bayard Cutting arboretum which is pretty too! both are very in Oakdale!

we did our fake epics at dowling, my moh took them, she had been a student there, so we lied to the guard and told him it was for a project.
you do need a permit to take photos there so call ahead.
same with bayard.
as for islandia- (i work in islandia)... thinking about it, there isn't much, its mostly industrial..

Does anyone know how much the permit for Dowling is? I heard that it was only open to alumni now. Is that true?
