how long should each pic be displayed for? is 5 seconds good or is that too short or too long?
also, we have about 20 pictures each (20 of me, 20 of him, 20 of us together) ... is that enough or should we find some more pics?

Hmm that would come out to about 5 minutes, that sounds about right to me!

Start off with the amount of pictures you have now, watch it all the way through and time it. Avg. montage is about 4-6 minutes. Anything over 8 or 9 people start to get antsy.
5 seconds is fine.

we had 20 pics for me , him, and us as well. im not sure if it was 5 seconds on each pic but thats def enough time.
