At the ceremony: bride getting out of the car, groom with ushers, groom walking down the aisle and/or at the alter, flower girl walking down the aisle, ring bearer walking down the aisle, bride walking down the aisle, bride being given away, groom meeting the bride on the aisle, bride and groom at the alter, view of everyone at the alter during ceremony, musicians playing, the ring exchange, the candle lighting, the kiss, bride and groom coming up the aisle, the receiving line, bride and groom outside, guests, throwing whatever they are throwing, bride and groom in car. Before reception: bride and groom before going inside, bride and groom with her parents, bride and groom with his parents, bride and groom with both sets of parents, bride and groom with their grandparents, bride and groom with attendants, couple with her family, couple with his family, bride and groom entering reception. At the Reception: bride and grooms dance, bride dancing with father, groom dancing with mother, duests on the dance floor, musicians playing, best man's toast, bride and groom talking with guests, the cake table, bride and groom cutting cake, throwing bouquet, catching bouquet, bride and groom waving goodbye. Detail shots: invitation close up, escort card table, favors on table, bouquet and centerpieces close up...

Since you're getting married at St. Catherine's, you may want to have the photographer take a wide-angle photo of bride & groom at the altar that also takes in the beautiful artworks on the walls.
I would also ask your photographer is he's familiar with the Greek-Orthodox wedding ceremony...if not, then definitely walk him through the important parts and what photos you want to have taken during the ceremony. He should also take photos of the lambades and stefana before they're in use.
