Re: PHOTO RECS
I would strongly recommend for you to set up an appointment to meet with Dan Wagner. He is AMAZING!!!! and what a nice down to earth guy! His prices are very reasonable and he does a ton of advertising work (shoots for Teen Vogue and Absolute Vodka). He's also photographed celebrities like Kelly Ripa, Busta Rhymes and Joe Torre.
he's a vendor on here.

Re: PHOTO RECS
My sister used Cassarino. She had Nicolai (sp?) as her photo with a lighting assistant. She also used them for video. Nikolai was GREAT. He had everyone laughing and smiling, etc, and the pictures were very good, but very traditional. I also saw a few pictures with some errors that bothered me..some unnecessary lens flare from their own strobes, etc. Also, what burned me up was that there was a great moment in the bridal suite when my BIL as putting a necklace, his wedding gift, on my sister, and one of the other BM's and I both got the photo, and in both, there' Nikolai in the background with his hands in his pockets...THAT bothered me. I mean, it's fine to be all about traditional posed photoes, but when a tender moment happens in front of your face, you'd better catch it!
The also added on a lot of stuff at the end and my sister wound up paying 2x the price she started with.
The video was really nice, but nothing more or less than what you'd expect from a wedding video. It had cheesy animations and stuff that annoyed me, but it was overall very good.
I think their work is very solid, but it wasn't the artistic touch I was looking for.
