Photo-Video, I have to tell this story:

Original post by Jesses Girl

So, I couldnt just not see anyone else. I needed to know for sure what I am booking is the best for me.

I went to visit a place that was so kind over the phone and made me want to meet them.

I go and I didn't meet with the man on the fone but an older lady...who when she saw I was the bride and not my sister...took the album out of my sisters hand and placed it on the side. RUDE!

We start chatting and right away, 'Oh we are going to save you a ton$$' in the end...they saved me 800$. I didnt care bc the work they showed me was mediocre and being creative with video editing under my belt...i was like 'uh uh no way am i booking.'

but she wanted me to leave a deposit so she shows me a slideshow that she will throw in for free...that was worth 700$! um no...thats worth a good hour and a program on any computer...my lil cuzin can do a better job...

i tell her what i like...she tells me its ugly..but if u want ugly they can make it for me.

the kicker...

they knew i was from the RR show...she asked me for tickets.

THE NERVE!

edit:

oh and the guy came out that i spoke to on the fone to say hello to me..get this..he looked at every person in the place but me...like i wouldnt be diane...he was eating a sandwich...goes' Oh nice to meet you' 'Did you know where she works'

like what the F who cares...i mean..im there for ur service...who gives a s h i t about my job!!! honestly!

This very similar story (including the 'throw in for free' cheesy & bad show on the MAC) happened to me and FH! Does the vendor begin with a 'G'?

im so sorry this happened to you

this is so funny cause when i made a post about something i heard about an RH, people attacked me for not wanting to reveal wich RH it was.
but when you say you dont want to say which place it was no one jumps down your throat

So sorry...bummer that they made it a bad experience for you! I hate when vendors have no tact and tell you your ideas suck! And then after insulting your taste to ask for tickets!!! ***!!! That's so not professional. If they were half decent they would have at least asked you after you booked with them which you clearly will not now!!!
