PHOTO-VIDEO TURNAROUND TIME
Just wanted to get an idea of how long it has been taking you all to get your bridal albums and videos back from the time you finalize your proof selections.
Our photographer has taken almost 6 months (plus, each time they let us know it will be ready, when we call to confirm they say it will be several weeks after their original quote).
I've spoken to a lot of my married friends off this forum and none of them have had to wait near this long, but I wanted to get more feedback from you all just to get an idea if I'm being unreasonable. But like I said, I'm more frustrated that they keep overpromising and underdelivering on the turnaround (that's a whole other matter, however). If you can't do it, then don't promise it, right?!
