Photobooth Question

Hi girls!

FH and I would like a photobooth for our reception. We started to look at DJ's and the ones we have looked at offer a photobooth. So my question is girls that have or have had a photobooth, did you just use the one from your dj or did you have one separate from the dj? We are trying to save money where we can. If you could suggest photobooth companies and share your quotes that would be great! TIA

we got our photobooth thru our DJ and they offered a discount because we were booking everything with them. I would see what the DJ companies offer first. Otherwise I've seen offers for photobooth companies range anywhere from $800 and up

There is always photo booth rental on.groupon but the ones offered now will only be good in 2014. Im thinking unless I find soothing cheaper then $500 I'll wait for groupon to offer one. They usually have a 2.hr package for like $250 & 4 hrs for $500

We went with a separate company and got a better deal than if we went with our DJ. I sent you an FM. for a 10-12 person booth we paid 880 and That's with tax included. Free props, online gallery, guestbook, unlimited prints, and many other extras for 4 hrs.

I would look at groupon or amazon local! I'm considering adding one myself, but at this point they expire prior to my wedding date.

We got our photobooth from a separate company. Ovation Photobooth, they have a variety of different packages and are reasonably priced.

We are using a separate company.. NY Digital Mamories. Rob and Carly have been great to work with so far. The price we got through them was cheaper than going through out DJ and I am always getting emails from them on the different specials they are running.. check them out!

THIS!!! They were awesome! My guestbook came out amazing and I had the disc with all the pictures waiting at home for me when we got home from our mini-moon. Rob and Carly are the best!!!

FH and I are doing our own photo 'booth'. We bought props at Spirit Halloween the day after at 50% off. The venue will set up a table, we supply the tripod and camera and our guests get to have fun while we save money and use it for other wedding things.

FH nephew and niece-in-law did it at their wedding and we decided to go that route.

Keep in mind you will also have to feed and tip the attendant to the photobooth. We can not afford it which is another reason to do it this way.

If you need to try and save money keep in mind there will be another Halloween before your wedding, so you can do the same thing if it suits your personality, style, budget and vision of what you want for your special day.
