I want to start booking appointments to talk to photographers, but I don't know where to start! Does anyone LOVE their photographer and recommend my checking them out? There are 2 I like on FB, but one's starting price is $5k and the other is $3,100. I don't even know what to expect in regard to pricing for photography.

i am using timexposures..i have seen there work and it is fantastic! the owner is very nice and definately on top of everything,..i know a few brides who had booked with him and loved his work..ill FM you quotes

A friend is using Michelle Lange, who I think has a similar style to Janelle Brooke. I'm going to give her and some others a call tomorrow.

I'm OBSESSED with jaylim- before him I was obsessed with turn loose the art but they moved. He's very creative and journalistic and in my opinion the closest thing to my prior obsession. Before booking we decided that photography is important to us so we decided we wanted a price range of $3500-4500.. My opinion is lower prices on photographers usually means its a base package with almost nothing included or its a bargain photographer and that's what you're paying for. I'm sure there are people who have gotten great deals for great photographers but this is just my opinion and experience!

He was my dream photographer from before we even got engaged. His prices were WAY out of our budget and we went with Gina Esposito. We are TOTALLY happy with her but you're one lucky lady!

I am booked with Memento Photo...they have been nothing but wonderful and so mindful with our budget. I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. They have been nothing but accommodating. The main reason I choose them was for their absolutely beautiful photos. I like VERY artistic images and wanted nothing less for my wedding pictures. This is something I have had an ongoing struggle with since November and just finally decided on a photographer. I am so happy with my decision and can FM you our quote!

I'm using Tracey Elizabeth, her work is fantastic and she's a pleasure to work with. Here's the other thing too: she's passionate about her work and love what she does so she's excellent at it and really goes above and beyond. I'd def recommend her.

I'm also a Royalton bride! I didn't think there was another 2014 bride that was getting married there. I'm using Ruby Star. They are the house photographer at the Paramount in Huntington so they are really good at photojournalism. It's a husband and wife team and they are super helpful and sweet. I also doing the Ruby Booth which is their photo booth. I didn't want a huge white photo booth and this booth is the perfect compliment for our venue.
