Photograph Montage at reception

Hi! I really like the idea of having a photograph montage of me and my fiancee and our families and friends to greet the guests at the wedding reception, but I really don't like the unprofessional DIY look. Is there a way that I can get a poster made professionally and have it look less cheesey and a little bit more elegant? Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to incorporate photographs into the wedding? I don't like the idea of positioning framed photographs, so whatever other suggestions you have are welcome. Thanks!!

I agree with you- I was thinking of doing this, and even bought a frame for it, but I saw a DIY one that reminded me of a funeral (my family gets collage crazy at funerals) so I decided against it...
but, there was one I saw in a magazine once that was just in a gold frame, it looked very elegant....

I have decided not to make one simply because I would probably go crazy looking for pictures of everyone, only for one of my cousins to say 'Oh, thanks for NOT putting my picture there!' But, we are going to do a memory table- at least there if we forget someone, they can't complain about it!(I know that was a cheap shot, but I need all the laughs I can get at this point!)


We are also doing some pictures of us at the guest sign in table.

im going to make a photo album guestbook with mypublisher.com it will be a book that has photos of us throughout and that is where the guests will sign in!!
