PHOTOGRAPHER and RH question

How much is your photographer charging and what does it include. We are going to start looking and would like to be somewhat informed.

Also did most book their hall without a tasting or with?

thanks

We booked our RH without a tasting but they gave us a gift certifate to their restaurant and we love the food

I know coral house does a tasting before you sign

I'm pretty sure a lot of RHs do (especially the ones that don't have dining facilites)

i sent u fm re: photography

as far as the tasting goes, we got a $100 gift certificate when we booked at Westbury Manor but we haven't used it yet. I have heard from tons of people that the food is excellent there.

We did a tasting before booking, and the tasting was actually one of the reasons we booked!

Re: PHOTOGRAPHER and RH question

Our Photographer package is very basic since we don't want albums and we've already taken our E-Pics with a friend. Our main thing is that we wanted 2 photogs and needed them for at least 11 hours

2 Photographers
11 Hours of shooting time
500 Hard Copy Proofs
Photo DVD Library

As far as the RH, I tasted the food at a showcase and was blown away (as was my mom and she's hard to please when it comes to food!) Myabe see if there is an upcoming showcase at the RH you are considering and go to it - the showcases usually have the cocktail hour food served.

We booked Personal Touch for photo/video. They are amazing and completely on top of the ever changing digital world! FM me for details! And they were in our budget!

And no, we didn't have a tasting before we booked.

Re: PHOTOGRAPHER and RH question

We are getting:
1 phtographer for 10 hrs
1 photographer for 6 hrs (both are main photographers, not assistants or interns or so called 'photojournalist')
4 proofing DVDs (need 4, FH has two sets of parents)
4 DVD slideshows with enhanced images (comes in leather box with proof DVDs)
All jpegs on DVD w rights to print
Engagement shoot with DVD and some prints
rainy day reshoot (if it rains, we can get dressed up and take pics another day)
FM me for price

I asked for a tasting before I booked and they said sure. I signed the contract the day of the tasting. They way they worked it was I called them and told them the day I wanted to reserve, which they do without a payment as long as you have an appointment to come in and finalize, which was the tasting. You could also have it built into the contract where it says you can get your deposit back if you dislike the food at the tasting.
