One question, I am putting together my tips, do I tip them when all is said and done, meaningI see the final product or the night of. I really have no idea so any feedback would be a HUGE help!

i tipped my videographer the day of because he was there with me all day and i thought he was amazing. if you feel better with waiting give him half his tip the day of and the other half when you get the finished product but i would give him at least something the day of. i didnt get a chance to tip my photographer because he bolted as soon as he could and i didnt see him so i tipped him when i saw the proofs. if i would i have seen him i would have given him something for sure
