Is it normal for photo & videographer to be $4,500, I think that a bit pricy? OR is it something you should shake on ?

Does sound resonable but it also depends on what is included in that price.

Includes 90 thank u cards, 1 photographer and 1 videographer, DVD, 1 albums w/28-35 pictures, 3 locations and all poofs

It's not Nassau, but they travel to Nassau... North Island Photography for both photo and video. Michael does great work, his pricing is very reasonable, and the quality is amazing!

This is a little high for only 1 photographer, just my opinion. Even though you are getting married in July... you may be able to get a lower price then that.
