Photographer CDs

If a photographer gives you a CD-Rom with all your wedding pics, but makes you sign a copyright policy....can you still reprint the photos for your own use? Just curious.

can you yes, are you supposed to no... sometimes your pics will all have an imprint on them on the cd, so when printing them they do't come out well... and legally i think you can be sued for breaking the contract and printing them..

but with that said, how will they know?
