Photographer change of date question.

My contract with Duet says that if we cancel or change the date we loose our deposit ($1200) So that s u c k s! Regardless, if they rebook our date - do they have to move the money to our new date? We will be booking them for a year later. Does anyone know?

I think it is up to their individual policy.

I would check with them directly, each photographer may work differently.
