Photographer Dilemna

I have seen six photographers. Out of these photographers I have seen two that I really like (Leli & Pro-line). The other night I went an expo and saw another one that looks good (Sherwood-Triart). I am afraid if I go and see another photographer it will add to the stress of deciding which one I like.

Does anyone have horror stories about any of these photographers b/c that would help?

my sister used Pro-line. she was disappointed. most of the proofs were pretty bad.

i actually have nothing but nice things to say about gary leli. he was my knight in shining armor who rescued me (and my sister who is getting married in just two months) from a really bad photog experience. we were booked with someone else and he didn't show up for my e-shoot (sent a replacement) and i recommended him to a friend for her wedding and he sent someone else instead to hers also!!!

so gary was my savior-- and my sister's who was also booked with the unreliable photog... so he sat with us for hours, showed us books, reassured us... talked to us. he is amazing.

i actually just posted how great he is on the 07 boards-- i don't know of the other photogs well but i have to say with gary-- you get personal service AND professionalism. he is fantastic and an overall great person. his pics are beautiful.

My brother used Pro-line and they were great. The pictures were beautiful.

A girl I work with used Pro-line and demanded that I NOT go see them...she was really unhappy. I went to Sherwood Triart and they were AWESOME! They did my cousin's pics as well and they came out fantastic.

I agree with everything said here. One of my favorite vendors.... you can see in my review... love my proofs....

We are using Leli and like my sister said he saved the day and is great!! I love my e-pics and he is so nice and I loved his wedding books!! Good Luck with your choice

I'm using Gary Leli too. Fh and I love his work and after working with him on our e-shoot i know that he will keep us calm on our wedding day!!!

I used Sherwood-Triart and was SO happy with my proofs. I scanned a few of my proofs into my community album.

I don't know anything about ProLine. Gary Leli was probably my second choice. Sherwood Triart has beautiful pics and both my FSIL's used them but I just prefer meeting and knowing who my photographer is. At Sherwood I met with a sales rep - he totally turned me off to using them.
