Photographer Feedback...

Hello Ladies,

I was hoping for some photographer feed back from you all.

We have an appointment with Velvet tonight and Thomas Paul Photography tomorrow...anything I should know/expect?

If any of you have quotes and would like to Fm me ...that would be greatly appreciated

I booked with Thomas Paul....he is amazingly nice and honest. He has competative prices but with a lot of extras included. For example, no limit on the amount of pics in your album. His office is in a residential house but don't let that sway you. He has beautiful work and great prices.

We went to see Velvet and I loved them. My DH liked their work, but didn't find the guy we met with to be personable. Long Story short, we ended up booking with a different guy (DH's choice cause he was paying for the photograhy) and then we canceled with them. We called Velvet back up and asked them if the day was still open, but sure enough it wasn't.
Their work looked so pretty. There are a few girls with their work up in their album. All their shots were gorgeous!

I spoke with Tom today and meeting him him. I cant go out to LI to visit with him so we will be meeting in Penn station to go over everything. THats kinda cool that he meets with people in the city also so thats good for me. I want to visit a couple of photo/video before I book the one

I booked with Tom, he was only the 2nd photog I saw - in Penn Station as well! I really liked his work and felt comfortable with him, like he was just one of the guys, ya know? He seems like he will work with you to do whatever you want. And his prices were very good.

Thanks, yes the prices he quoted me were VERY good. I felt bad bec he called me while I was walking the streets of Manhatttan and I could hardly hear him, but yeah he was going over everything with me on the phone and sent me an email, at first I was like I cant go all the way to Lindenhurst but when he said he goes to Penn,I was like YAYYYYYY. I have seen his site and his pics on here also and they are just beautiful

I definitely dig his style. Plus I like that he's the actual photographer right then and there - I personally wasn't thrilled w/ some places where you don't meet the team right away. Only because I am kind of private and this guy is going to be up my a$$ on the most important day of my life LOL so I better know him and like him a lot!!

We met with Bob tonight and we definitely got a good vibe from him. We are meeting with Tom tomorrow and hopefully we will be able to make a decision by the weekend...This is our last major vendor, so I'm looking forward to being done.

I booked Tina Dalgish. She shot my sis's wedding 12 years ago and I loved the way the pics came out. She doesn't advertise in mags, but she is on theKnot.
Wouldn't dream of using anyone esle.
