Photographer help

Can anyone suggest a great photographer...

Re: Photographer help

My photographer is Doug from Patken... he's GREAT!

I also saw a guy at the Jericho Terrace showcase the other night... Jimmy from Fine Art photography in Syosset. His work was beautiful! If I didn't have my photographer already, he would have been in the running!

Good luck!

Re: Photographer help

a great photographer is all relative to what you are looking for:

what style are you looking for?

what is your budget?

do you want albums?

digitial or film?

do you prefer a big studio or more of a boutique operation?

etc etc.

I didn't really set a budget on this because I'm not too sure how much this would go for I guess I don't want to spend more than $5000. I definitley want albums.. not to sure about digital or not I want whatever is the best.

I'm in love with Bret Matthews. i know they get a bad rep around here, but seriously, check them out on your own. I did and I'm so happy I did.

I heard great things about ProLine and Glenmar Studio's. I did not book my photographer yet, so I do not know if they are nice to deal with.

Mine! My review is on the The Bride's Review.

If you're looking for a true photojournalist....he's it!

Andreas Rentsch. www.rentschphotography.com
(he's expensive but worth it. he doesn't work by packages)
