I think any good photographer can do the first one and actually the second one as well. I know when I went to Patken I saw something similar to #1

Those pics have been floating around LIW for years (at least since I joined in 2006). I don't think they're from LIW brides, but rather pics that someone found on the internet somewhere and posted as an example.
Or, they could be 2004 or 2005 brides, maybe? You can try the Newlywed board or LIFamilies to see.
