Photographer or videographer?

Photographer or videographer?

We cant decide on hiring just a photographer or if it would be worth to spend more on a videographer. Any advice or recommendations would be a huge help!! (the wedding is still a little over a year away, I think we have more time to research but not sure how far in advance you have to book)

It depends on if having a video of your wedding is important to you or not. It was very important to us, so we decided to definitely book a videographer along with our photographer. Remember you only have this day once.

my one regret is not having at least a video of our ceremony.

For us, it was extremely important that we had both. It will be the only visual memories that we'll have to last a life time. I know I would love looking at my video and it will be nice to have to look back on years later and to show our future kids. Plus video is live and your hear voices and see movements. Something photos can't give you. If it is in your budget I say book it!!

I ended up booking both photo and video. I'm very sentimental and want as many remembrances of the day as possible. Plus, as Jassy119 said, you can hear people's voices and see movements which is something that will definitely be nice years down the road when some people might not be around. Like someone told me, photo, video, and rings are the only things that last after the party is over!

We definitely booked video and photo. Photo is very nice to look at but like the other girls said video captures voices and movements as they happen. My parents wedding video (actually done on film reels) had no sound but I am able to see my grandparents (who have passed) smile and laugh and dance and you just cant get that with photo.

We booked both photo and video. I love pictures so I definitely wanted to have pictures. Video is also very important because we might not get to see everything and remember everything the day of the wedding however we will always have the video to watch and keep as memory keepsakes.

We booked both because everyone told us we would regret it if we didn't do video. It's nice to have a visual too.

Photo and video- i think - is a must. Giorgios is amazing and your wedding will be incredible. You must check out Ken Hild. He is one of the house vendors, and in my opinion the best! I can also suggest a videographer. Fm me for details
