Photographer price range?

How much do photographers cost and what do you get for it? Thanks!

I have seen anywhere from $1,500-$7,000 for starting packages. Some give you packages with albums, proofs, engagement shoots, etc. Others are al-a-carte. I think style and demand are what drives up the price most, not what they offer in their packages. The one thing that was an absolute for us was getting the printing rights! HTH.

Thanks for the ranges. We haven't contacted them yet, but my reception hall recommends Sherwood Triart, ********* and Proline.

We're spending $4800 and that's for photo/video. We got alot of stuff with the package. Including an engagement shoot and album

I got the following w/ Benchwerk:

- Engagement shoot w/ two photographers
- Full day coverage (they got there at 10am and left at 12:30am) with the same two photographers
- Hard cover photo book w/ all layouts
- All raw footage, fully edited shots, and soft shots (in total we got about 2500 pictures)

All under $1,500 --- I also booked back in 2010 so the prices have gone up.

Really it all depands on what you want ...with mine i took out stuff that we really dont need like parent albums b/c my parents are divored so really there is no point and he is working with us too...and there prices after looking at a couple were the best! Its sliverfox and they work with you and u really can do anything ...thats what i like!!
