Ok so I made my FH go down to the photographer and he said they were very well open and the website is just under some construction. But the woman asked if we were Optimum Online customers and we are coincidently. It appears that anyone with optimum online cannot call there number. Isn't that strange? I feel soooo much better that they are there. You hear all these horror stories and you just pray that you aren't one of them.lol
