Photographer Question

Went to go see Patken tonight and we did like them and we have seen Duet already and really liked their work also. But we are still unsure, we would like to see a couple more...FH & I have decided we definetely like the photojournalist & candid approach.. Any recommendations for photographer? TIA!!

Re: Photographer Question

I saw 4 photographers/photography companies - 2 of which are vendors here. Honestly, they were all very good photographers - their work not being much different from the other. This then made me concentrate more on price, film vs. digital, and whether or not I could actually work with a particular personality. Two of the vendors never even sat down. It was like they were too busy to deal with us. I have a tendency to get hyped up when I am nervous. I cannot have a hyped up photographer or I will be a crazy on my wedding day.

Check out Marianela Vera

She's very inexpensive (competative to Duet and Silverfox) - her BF is a world famous wedding photographer as well and will come as her assistant, so you get two PHENOMINAL photojournalistic photographers for the price of one!

I was impressed by all of the photographers I saw also - so I went by price and personality. It is important to have confidence in the company you choose.

Check out Artisan. Chuck is amazing, he'll work with you on packages and you can get him plus a photojournalist.

I looked at Patken and a couple of others but went with Artisan because his work is amazing!
