Photographer Question...

Hi Ladies! I realized that I joined this site and then hardly ever have time to post -- I have been so busy with showers and bachelorette parties for the weddings I am a bridesmaid in this spring that I am overwhelmed! I am also trying to get stuff done for my own wedding on top of that.

I am meeting with two photographers this weekend (Duet and Velvet Studios) and I have NO IDEA what to expect or hope for in terms of pricing.

Can anyone give me a rough estimate or FM me some information, particularly if you spoke with these photographers? I may skip the videographer though.

Any other suggestions would also be appreciated! Thanks so much!!

they are both great and do beautiful work...i thin velvet quoted me at 4200 and duet for 4000 (this is without video)

I'm meeting with Velvet on saturday. I couldn't get a close enought appointment to meet with both. Duet only had morning left. I went to Velvet a while ago and he quoted me 5,500 for both. A friend of mine is using Duet and she is getting both for 5,500. They are the same. I guess it just depends on who you like better. Good luck!!!!

We went to Duet a while ago but i know they have combination packages of Photo and Video. They were very reasonably priced.

When you meet with them they will go over their work and style and products and customize a package for you. Well, Bob from Velvet does I didn't meet with duet.
