Hi Girls, I haven't posted in a long time, but I'm back for some help!
I was married in October of 07 and JUST received my albums. I used Gary Leli, and I'm extremely disappointed in the albums. Totally loved his pictures and dealing with him the day of the wedding. Since then it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with him. Anyone have similar problems with him or with your albums from him? Please help!
UPDATE 1/12/10: I STILL have not received my revised albums. We met with Gary in August to discuss the problems with our albums and he agreed to fix them. We finalized a revised layout with Gary on October 29 and since then we've sent letters and emails and he can't even give us a date the albums were ordered let alone a delivery date.

I would def ask for some of my money back and if they refuse let them know you will be filing a complaint with the BBB

Sorry you didn't like your albums. Did you talk to him and tell him how disappointed you are? Did you okay the album layout before he printed it in final? Albums are really expensive so if you haven't already told him that you are not satisfied, you should definetly call him and tell him to do it over. Why did it take almost 2 years for him to give you your albums? That is unacceptable. You def should get some money back.

Wow since 2007?! That's crazy! I would definately speak up with that! It definately shouldn't take this long to get pictures back!

I saw your post down below. Having problems with Gary Leli also. FM for more information. Not sure how to proceed. LI Weddings should consider not having him as an approved vendor. One of my BMs also used him and had issues. Not OK!

He has the worst customer service I have ever heard of and I am shocked he still is in business! My wedding was summer 08 and I still have only some of my proofs and NOTHING else. He has not contacted me since August where he told me to wait '2 weeks'

All of the original albums were terrible so he agreed to fix them. We have not received the revised albums.

THATS INSANE!!!!! you have been waiting since 2007???? My sister in law had an appointment with him but I will let her know about this, that is just terrible business! Totally not worth dealing with him.........

Wow! That's crazy! And I thought my friend getting his wedding album 1.5 years later was bad. He used Duval though. Maybe you should call Help Me Howard from PIX news, and give him some bad media attention.

We used Gary Leli as our photographer based on the recommendation of a family member who had just used him for her wedding. It's now over a year since I got married and over 2 years since the couple who recommended him got married and neither of us has received albums.
I have emailed and left messages with Gary for months asking for an update on what's going on with no response. I am disappointed with the way he has treated us after receiving our final payment, and I am upset about the wasted money - especially since the money was a gift from my parents who constantly ask me when they will receive a parent album they may never see.
