Does anyone have a great photographer that you LOVE and could recommend? I've just started looking and the sheer number of choices is overwhelming! If you could post or FM what's included in your package and for how much, that would be a huge help.

Right now I'm looking at Duet, STAK Images, Merri Cyr and Kimberley Salem. I'd like to keep photography under $4000 or combined video/photog. under $7000.

You can probably narrow it down if you know what style you want (traditional, photojournalistic, artistic, etc.)

That being said I looooooove my photographer. I just took e-pics this past Saturday (in my album if you want to see them) and he was wonderful. The name of the company is Lovemorephoto but its not a studio its just the Owner (Arek) and his assistant. Def worth checking them out and they are extremely reasonable.

We had Patken & they are amazing! They were our photo/vid for our big day - both cost about $4600 combined. We got our proofs already & LOVE them! I have uploaded some to one of my albums...if you'd like to take a look...

Gail Chatelain is super sweet and her photos are great!! She´s just way over my budget but has things under your budget.

Definitely look into Imagine Studios. They will work with your budget -- and for less than $7k you can get a great photo/video package. Lia is the photographer and her work is amazing -- and she is so sweet. It's definitely worth booking a meeting!!

PATKEN!! We used Jessie..more E-Pics in my album they are phenominal & will work with you on the price..I have a family friend that knows them so we got a good deal but still added & removed from our package to stay in our price range

PATKEN ---we are using Jesse--i have used her on 3 shoots os far (1 boudour and 2 engagement)---pics in my albums ---shes amazing to work with!!

we booked patken for both... but honestly i LOVE LOVE LOVE golden moments video, it was just out of our price range (but in yours). his sample video made me cry it was so beautiful!
but for photo, we loved patken, we didn't see a lot of the more 'well known' photographers (duet, bret mathews, etc) but i knew what style I wanted and they were the first to offer it at a decent price.
