Photographer Review

I used Cassarino Studios as my photographer for my wedding on December 2, 2007. It is now July 9, 2009 and I still do not have my albums.

WOW, that's a really long time? Did they at least tell you why it's taking so long? You should call and speak to the manager/owner. There is no reason that it should take almost 2 years.

Ummm why has this not been resolved between you and the photographer??? What is their reasoning? You better be getting your $$$ back.

FH's cousins both used them and they definitely did not wait so long for their albums... so strange!! Call them up!

our friesnd used them too and it took alomost a year to het back there album and they still dont have their video she warned me when we got engaged about them

Yikes!!! I would call them everyday and then start going to their studio, they would be so sick of seeing my face, that they would have to give me the photos

Thats insane....seek legal advice, pull your contract out and review it. You should have not waited this long...something is not right.

I finally got my albums and I love them. They say that it's their process. I'm just happy to be finished finally with everything. If I had known that it would take this long to get my pictures I would have used another photographer. The main reason why I posted this is to let other brides know that you want to ask how many steps go into completing the album. We were originally told one year. Then after the wedding we went through all the steps, etc. There really wasn't anything we could do at that point, because the wedding was over. But even then we never thought it would take so long. Unfortunetly I referred my maid of honor to them, so we will see how long it takes her to get hers. But the albums are perfect and we are happy. Just if you use them be aware that it may take you a long time.
