I don't want to go nuts with photography. I want quick posed, classy shots, without some of the extras!
I want to check out Artisan, Benchwerk, Fade to Black, Dan Wagner, if anyone knows about them and their prices
Can anyone recommend a photographer for under 2K and what was included with that package? thank you!!!
Gina Esposito, hands down. Her website is www.ginaesposito.com. Here's a link to her pricing on her FB page:Gina's Pricing
I emailed Gina for a quote a few months ago and her pricing was way above what it says on her fb page.

Shes under 2k, I have her 1499 package...shes amazing. Maybe you were asking for something out of her packages and thats why you got quoted higher because I know shes true to her package prices.

The prices I was quoted when I spoke with her were exactly what they are on the FB page.

*shrug* I'm glad her prices are lower than I thought, but still can't figure out why my quotes were so much higher...I just looked at the email I got from her and the only difference I can see is that the quote included an engagement session.

That's probably why then, her work is amazing and completely worth the money...she takes her time with you and your photos.

Try www.knight-image.com. I used him. He was wonderful. I paid 2900 (which is obviously more than you asked) but I had two photographers at my wedding, I am not sure about his pricing with one if you wanted to do that.

I have to say Benchwerk's photos are beautiful. I'd also look into Lighthouse!

Re: photographer under $2,000?
thank you girls so much!!!
of course I want some nice photos of us on our day, but I really can't see spending so much $$$ on all the extra frivolous shots that I won't buy anyway! i want to have fun, not waste my day in a constant posed smile!!!!!
